Default caller ID

I have a database and I would like to capture caller ID and popup a form
when a call comes in with information from the database about the call. I'm
not finding any thing about how to capture the caller id from the modem. It
would be a great help if someone coule please point me where I could start
to capture the caller id.

Thanks

Kirk,
I Googled "microsoft access" "caller id", and got...
http://www.yes-tele.com/access.html
I have no experience with it but... it's a freebie.
Worth a shot...
