Default configure microsoft outlook 2003 with exchage

Hi!

I have my organization with sbs 2003 and exchage server.

At this time my users i can't configure MO2003 with connection exchange, but
for other hand i can view our mail boxes by http,
and exchand administration too.

Need your help please, what can i do?

Default configure microsoft outlook 2003 with exchage

when you set up a user's account you can select and Echange account. this
functionality is built into Outlook. If you are doing that and you can't
connect, your issue is at the network level and is not an outlook problem.

can you ping/browse to the Exchange server by IP? ...hostname? check your
LAN setup and functionality.

yes i can ping exchange and i can see by http all acounts of server.

My problem is, when i try configure outlook, it gives an error, canīt
resolve name, and says microsoft exchange is not avaible.

Canīt untherstand this
