CSV windows translator Outlook 2003
I would like to import contacts from an excel spreadsheet into my outlook.
unfortunately, I can't get the import/export tool to work. I get an error message that says outlook cannot start the required translator, and to I want to install it. When I click yes to install it, I get an error that says it can't start the required translator b/c the feature is not available. Anyone know where to download the correct update?

try repairing the outlook or office installation and having it set to run all
