Default saving as a PDF

I'm trying to save a publisher file as a PDF file so we
can print it. For some reason publisher always gets
messed up when our printing company tries to print it.
So they have requested we save the file as a PDF if at
all possible.
Please help!!! It will cost us almost tripple to print
it somewhere else!
Thanks

Hi Trieste ),
in the newsgroups

1. Convert your Publisher file to PDF format. The recipient of your file
would need Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download). In order to convert your
Publisher (any version) publication to PDF, you would need a 3rd party
product similar to:

a. Adobe Acrobat ($249) www.daneprairie.com
b. Win2PDF (Free) www.daneprairie.com
c. GhostSript (Free) www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost
d. JawsPDF Creator ($79) www.jawspdf.com

You can find an article at the following link that explains how these
workarounds can be done:

Post back if you have any further questions. Feel free to visit my website
at http://www.mvps.org/publisher for some great information.

A great pdf converting program is PDF-XChange. If interested in some
Publisher 2000 files that were converted to pdf you are welcome to visit:

http://www.tinyurl.com/wifs

Select the Il Messaggio Archive page and select any underscored date in the
year 2004. (Prior years have been temporarily blocked for editing)

More information, and a trial version of PDF-XChange are available at:
http://www.docu-track.com/

One of the nice things about PDF-XChange is retains urls and e-mail listings
to be accessible if using Acrobat Reader ver 6.
(Acrobat Reader 6 is for Windows 98SE and later)

Ciao,
