Default QBE

I have recently started using Access 2007 and I have a question about the
QBE. I like to arrange my fields in a particular order when I am creating a
query. I have noticed that when I create my query, if I uncheck some of the
"show" boxes, that the next time I go into my query (in design mode), it has
all of the unchecked fields at the end of the QBE -- regardless of where they
were originally. Is there a way I can keep my fields in the same order that
I had them when I originally created the query?

I am hoping there is just some checkbox that I have overlooked that would
turn off that feature (if that is what it is).

Thanks,
