Default Outlook doesn't recognize my password on this laptop.

I can't get my mail on the laptop because it doesn't recognize my password. I
get the "Enter Network Password" constantly. I am able to get my mail from my
desktop when it's not crashing. I tried deleting and reentering the account
info. I tried editing the registry. Any suggestions?
