You can't reduce MEMORY that is taken when playing a PowerPoint show except
possibly by eliminating graphics or resizing them. Now if you mean the size
of the physical file on the hard drive this is not memory but storage space.
The same would hold true, reduce the size or resolution of embedded images
prior to inserting, link don't embed audio files and last but not least
purchase Office 2007 or later and save in that version's file format which
automatically compresses the file.
