My slides are blank during the slide show
Hi Sue
What size is the file? I would probably start by compressing the pictures as they are probably bigger than they need to be (double click a picture - picture tab - compress - apply to all pictures in document - ok). Do this on a copy of your ppt in case you don't like the result :-) Oh and make sure you have fast saves turned off (tools - options - save - untick allow fast saves). If that doesn't help try this: How to set graphics hardware acceleration back http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00129.htm If that does't help come back to us telling us how you added the pictures. My slides are blank during the slide show
I have 2 PowerPoints hyperlinked to a PowerPoint menu. The combined size of
the Powerpoints is 290 MB with about 200 slides. After about 140 slides, the slides are blank. I am now running Windows 7 and PP 2003. All of these presentations ran in full with XP. I turned off the fast save and visited the website on hardware acceleration, but there were no directions for Windows 7. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would try reducing the size of your files:
Why are my PowerPoint files so big? What can I do about it? http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00062.htm Also, update your graphics card driver. My slides are blank during the slide show
Hi
On the Intel support website there is a tool that will scan your system and let you know if there are new drivers: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/defa...+dnlds_drivers (see big banner at top of page). I'm sure it will then walk you through the process if it finds anything. I would still reduce the size of the file though...
