A secretary in my company writes a lot of text in the text field of the
appointment. She wants that this field acts like an email message and recognize email addres and telephone numbers because her boss use to read the appointment from a cellular phone. I think it isn't possible. Thanks.- |

email addresses should be hyperlinked if she adds a space or enter. Not sure
what you mean about phone numbers - they are just numbers in the note field though. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Did you try it? They are hyperlinked here as soon as I either add a space or
press Enter after typing the address. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
