Default Removing MSDE

Hello everyone, just installed Office 2003 with OneNote trial and keep
getting error message on startup
"Your SQL Server installation is either corrupt or had been tampered with
(SQLEVN70.RLL) Please rerun setup."
how do I remove the
MSDE?
