Default Unable to convert from trial to official Office 07

I have been agonizing for several months after purchasing my Office
Professional back in May. Several problems: 1) I had a trial Office
Professional but in ordering, I was sent Home and Student (It doesn't matter
to me) I stupidly tried to download from the internet and the download failed
evidently because my harddrive did not have enough space. I have since
replaced it. Through info received, I tried converting through my Office
Program but it will not accept my product code. When I tried to apply for an
installation disc, I was frustrated by the number of calls I had to make
without result. My trial expires at the end of this month. I originally
though that I had tried to convert too soon. I received and sent several
messages to MSN help but Emails stopped getting through. Is there any help
out there?

To convert a trial you need an activation key for the exact same version
that is pre-installed on the computer. H & S won't activate a Pro version,
etc.

You need to get the installation disk through the same site that you
purchased the installation key, uninstall the trial and install from the
CD/DVD.
