Problem generating and viewing HTML
I have a large organization chart that I have created using Visio 2007
with the data stored in a SQL database. Our organization has about 1,000 employees. I am having 2 problems. First, sometime Visio stops responding when it is generating web pages for the project. The other problem is if I am successful generating the web pages, when I view it, it has the shell structure but none of the objects appear, only the infamous red X where the image should be. I look at the properties for the image for the file and it does exists. I have tried viewing using both IE6 and IE7. I have also tried saving in different formats but no luck. I do need to retain the advanced functions in the browser such as the search and detail functions. Of course to make matters worse, 'it used to work', so I know the ActiveX needed for this worked at some time. I am not aware of any changes made to my system that would have caused this to not work any longer. Any help and direction would be greatly appreciated. |
