delegate - outlook calendar problem
I have been listed as a delegate to my boss's calendar, I
send out meeting requests on his behalf and all responses from attendee's come to me verses my boss. My boss does not want to receive these individual responses to his proposed meetings (which is working fine) however, if there is a change to a meeting on his calendar he wants to receive direct notification of this (other than being copies on an e-mail), can this be done? Let me give you an example, say a meeting is scheduled by someone else requesting his attendance and I accept the meeting, it is then put on his calendar for him to view, then lets say a day later someone else that also originally accepted the meeting, changes his/her mind and decides to be absent and it is sent back to the original creator of the meeting, my boss wants to get that information directly. Not sure if I can do this, he has told me that it was done before. Can anyone help? |
