Email Problems
When email is downloaded in OE6, the icon button is an unopen envelope & the headers are supposed to be bold text until marked as read. Problem is, the header text is not appearing bold, any input on why and how to remedy this?
Thanks!! Diz |

Is the problem occurring with all messages? With some options you can = have differences between mail and news messages.=20 In Tools, Options, Read what numbers of seconds have you selected before = the message is supposed to be marked as read? In Tools, Options, = General is the option to "Automatically display folders with unread = messages" checked? One of the Actions in Message Rules is to "Mark it as read". If you are = using Message Rules then I suggest you check them to see whether they = are working as intended. Looking back to your original message you used the phrase "icon button = is an unopened envelope". On reflection I am wondering whether you are = using OE6 ( Microsoft Outlook Express ) or a branded version. Is it a = branded version? Is there another programme provided by your Internet = Service Provider acting as an interface? ~~~~~~ Hope this helps.
