Default HOW CAN I IMPLEMENT SUMIF(D1:D6,"AVERAGE(D1:D6)")

The subject says it all; the function does not work for me in Excel 2007.

Move the average function out of the quotes; while there it's being treated
as part of the text string rather than being evaluated:
=sumif(d1:d6,"" & average(d1:d6))
