Alignment problem with spreadsheet
I am using 97 Excel and WinXP Pro SP3.
When spreadsheets (xlsx) are open, they are normally open from the left edge. But one spreadsheet opens close to the left edge (about 3 inches from the left edge; aligning the font box in toolbar). How can I move the spreadsheet to the left edge? Jorge |

Alignment problem with spreadsheet
Re-size and Save?
If re-size is not avilable perhaps the workbook is protected. Unprotect to manipulate. Alignment problem with spreadsheet
I do not use protect/unprotect function.
I just checked the spreadsheet. It was not protected. Jorge "Gord Dibben" gorddibbATshawDOTca wrote in message ... Re-size and Save? If re-size is not avilable perhaps the workbook is protected. Alignment problem with spreadsheet
I now recall why the problem started.
I opened two spreadsheets side by side (it looks two xlsx are under one file). When the left xlsx is deleted, the right side xlsx remains in the right side. I tried to move the right side xlsx to the empty left side by closing and re-opening it. I could move it to the left side but it stops about three inches from the left edge. Have you tried the Maximize icon on the sheet window title bar?
