Org Charts - Changing subordinates from horizontal to Veritical

I have done what the instructions say on how to change subordinates from
horizontal to vertical on org charts. It's seems easy but it doesn't work. I
select the subordinates, right click, select arrange subordinates, select one
of the vertical options but nothing happens. What are I doing wrong?

Does this issue occur with all files or a particular one? Start with a brand
new drawing and make sure you open the solution listed under Business,
Organization Chart. After the drawing opens if all is working well you should
see an Organization Chart Menu. Have you tested any of the other solutions to
verify if they are working properly? Were there any error messages during the
installation of the application?

Select the parent node for the records that you want to change, right-click,
and slect Arrange Subordinates. This works in Visio 2003, not sure about
2007.
