Save it as an autotext entry or formatted autocorrect entry for (say) #cjw

Hi Graham,
Thanks for your help I know this sounds daft as I have been using word on
and off for a while but how do I save it as that format as it dosnt appear in
the list on the save options

Insert the graphic in a document. Select it then ALT+F3 for autotext or
tools autocorrect options autocorrect for the autocorrect version.
