Default User settings not mograted

Using OCT to push Office 2007 Ent. out.

Keeping things pretty basic, but want user's Office 2003 settings to be
migrated over. Instructions say it should do that.

Basically I want any user settings in 2003 to get migrated to 2007. Fonts,
default folders, etc.

Make sure you have the Enterprise Documentation with you when you call

Here you will find the Phone numbers and email addresses as to where and whom to
