Looking at attendees in a public folder calendar
Whenever I "look" at a meeting in a public folder calendar....it adds the
meeting to my personal calendar. All I'm looking for is who is in the meeting. I don't want it added to my personal calendar. Thanks, -- Brenda |

are you opening it then hitting save and close to close it? Just close (file
menu or x) instead. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Brenda" wrote in message ... Looking at attendees in a public folder calendar
Oddly enough.....I am just closing it, clicking on the X and the meeting
STILL saves in my calendar. I know it's odd....that's why I am looking for a work around or maybe the user set the meeting/appointment up the wrong way. Thanks for your reply though!! -- Brenda "Diane Poremsky" wrote: are you opening it then hitting save and close to close it?
