Default printing labels

I am having problems printing labels out. Despite following the correct procedure for creating mail merge labels the printouts are often out of sync. The first column may be as intended but as the job continues the layout becomes more and more out of sync. How can this be avoided?

Default printing labels

This will happen if you have a header/footer in normal.dot and/or if the
page size in page layout and the printer driver don't match.
Use the new document button in the label wizard to create a page of labels.
Add borders to the cells and print it out on plain paper. Hold the print
over a label blank sheet and see if they line up. You may need to adjust the
margins a tad.
