Default Centering Delivery Address

I would like to Center all of the Selected Field Options
in the Delivery Address Text Box that is created in Mail
Merge in MSWord2000.

Word2000 by default places the Delivery Address Text Box
in the Lower section of the Envelope.

I also want to negate Return Address.

Use an envelope template set out exactly as you want it for the basis of
your merge. There is a sample on the downloads page of my web site that can
easily be adapted, or you could create your own. Beyond that any editing to
an envelope source document uses exactly the same formatting methods as any
other document.

I use an envelope template as well, created as Graham
suggests. Merge the data to the template you require. I
also created a macro which takes all of the information
from your delivery and return addresses, as well as drop-
downs for any "special delivery" status. Separate macros
for printing to different types of envelopes or labels.
works pretty slick
