Default Question about overnight appointments

Hello, I am using Outlook XP and am putting in events for the bar that I
work at. We have different parties on days and i need to put down from
10pm until 2am my employees should be there. It shows up when I print
it as lets say Thurday from 10pm-midnight and then Friday from midnight
until 2am instead of all of it one day. Is there any way that I can
change the settings to show up correctly?? Any help you may have would
be great. Thanks!

They are showing up correctly, as far as Outlook is concerned, since the
appointment does in fact span two days. It is not possible to change the
time that a "day" begins from midnight to some other time.

See my earlier response to your question.

Also note: The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does not quote
earlier messages in the thread, making your latest message so short on
detail that you risk not getting the answer you're looking for. Please take
the time to quote the original message.
