One main field linked to many subfields!
I need to merge a letter that is as follows...
Dear SCHOOL NAME You have the following pupils.... PUPIL_NAME PUPIL_NAME PUPIL_NAME PUPIL_NAME PUPIL_NAME PUPIL_NAME Is this possible? How can I create a list of pupils per school rather than a seperate letter for each pupil going to the same school? Thanks Aaron

The set, if field method described in the KB article from Cindy's link isn't that gnarly when applied with a relatively small number of students (like six in your example).
