From your (lack of) description I have no idea what's wrong.
Does OE open when you click its icon?

I open it, i set it up, i cannot recieve or send messages. I tried
everything.. this is the error message:

Il server ha interrotto la connessione in modo inatteso. Ciò potrebbe essere
dovuto a problemi relativi al server o alla rete oppure a un lungo periodo
di inattività. Account: 'libero.it', Server: 'libero.it', Protocollo: SMTP,
Porta: 25, Protezione (SSL): No, Numero di erro 0x800CCC0F

i think i did not set it up propelly, i dont know. I tried to fix it with
microsoft help for OE nothing seems to help out.
thanx

That error is most often associated with an antivus program set to scan
incoming mail. The server "libero.it" seems to be quite slow in responding
when using telnet, so you might also increase the timeout slider for the
account under Tools/Accounts/Mail tab.
