Default Type wrap around a circle

I want to wrap type around part of a circle. I have done this before in
Publisher, but can't recall how I did it. I went to Publisher Help, and there
it stated that Publisher cannot do that. Well, on page 6 of our January
newsletter there are four lines of type snugged nicely up against the bottom
portion of a circle. Please tell me how I did that, so I can do it again.
Thanks.

WordArt?
Look here, scroll way down

It may be different depending on your version of Publisher.

My first sentence was misleading. I don't want to wrap type "around" a
circle. I want to bring type up to a circle, and have each line a different
length so that the last word in each line is equidistant from the circle, and
almost touches it. If I could add an attachment here I could illustrate it,
but I don't see a way to do that.

As I said originally, Publisher Help says this cannot be done in Publisher.
But, if you would want to pursue this, you could go to www.mtview.org, click
on the "news" bar, then click on Messenger and go to page 7. You can see
there that Publisher did do it, but I cannot get it to do it again!

It looks as though you saved the picture and text as an image, drew a circle on
the publication page, while selected, fill, fill effects, picture tab and then
you browsed to the saved image.

Thanks, Mary, for taking a look at the page.
The text, I know was not saved as an image, but the logo and circles were.
But I'll try your suggestion.
