chuckle Everyone looking for a job wants to know that answer!

Employers want the type of resume that tells them what skills the employee
truly has and fills the needs of the opening. There's no magic template that
will do that. However, if you fill your resume with exaggeration,
half-truths, lies, pure BS, etc, and you will learn what type they don't
want.
