When I try to save a new publisher document nothing is saved although an icon
is shown in the folder. What do you suggest I do?
Regards
Peter

Are you working with an expired trial version of Publisher?
What happens when you click on the icon that is created?
What version of Publisher are you working with?

Hi,
I am working with MS Home Use Programme Professional Edition 2003.
When I open the saved document I get a blank window with the Publisher Icon
in the center.

It sounds like you've tried to insert a Publisher document inside a Word
doc.

What happens if you open Publisher first, then browse to select that file?
Does it open properly?

Do you have a printer selected in the Printer Folder as default? Does it make
any difference if you change printers? You can install the generic printer
drivers such as Microsoft Image Setter or the Generic Color PS for Commercial
Printing?

Right-click the Publisher file icon, properties, what program is associated with
the file?

I If I open publisher first and then select the document it does not open. I
have discovered that If I right click and select "open with" and then click
on MS Publisher the document opens OK.
