And that's what I answered: iCalendar is the format you need to use. It is the one and only specification for Internet exchange of calendar information.

Search on any search engine for your preferred programming language and "iCalendar." Or, use Outlook to send a meeting request to any account you can read and see the full raw message content so you can get a full iCalendar message item to dissect.

I did the vcs file. What I have to do now? I tried to send as an attachment, but I received as an attachment, and not like a calendar appointment. I would like to receive like a calendar appointment. Sounds like you didn't understand my response at all: "Use Outlook to send a meeting request to any account you can read and see the full raw message content so you can get a full iCalendar message item to dissect." Look at the raw message to see what a meeting request looks like. To create such message you need to use the features in your programming language to create a similar multipart MIME message. Consult your programming environment documentation or do as I suggested and search.

You can't. You need to use Outlook Express or Gmail or some other mailer.
