1305 error while installing office 2000
I have seen that too many people are having the same problem for all of us
to have bad CDs or bad disk drives. I get that 1305 error to verify the file exist and you can access it. It does and I can, but it still won't install. So I had everthing install on first use and everything went fine. All the programs seem to work fine. BUT when I try to access the help files for the various programs. the office assistant comes up and says he can't help because the help files are missing. Please put in the CD and install them and guess what? That 1305 error message comes up again. So I don't know what the problem but it seems to be that the help files are not being read. And I haven't found any answers on how to fix it. |
