allow comments extraction from MSWord in selection-comment pairs

Pretty well as the subject implies, I would like to be able to extract the
comments I have made on students papers so that I can let them easily know
what comments I have created; this is desired for when I would like to let
them know how they are graded, or how they can improve without having to send
20 papers back and forth each class period.
