Default Printing page number that show on the screen

Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit, 64-bit Operating system. Publisher is a
part of Office 2007 Professional.

I have a 16page booklet on 11 by 17 inch paper. 3/8" boundaries. The Master
page shows page numbers, but I can't get them to show when printed on 11 by
17 paper on my inkjet printer. They do not show in a PDF prepared for
printing at Office Depot.

How can I correct this?

I suspect your inkjet cannot print that close to the edge or if it is a
borderless printer, Publisher is ignoring that fact.
What happens if you change the bottom margin to zero when you select the PDF
option? I've tried to duplicate this with Acrobat and with Microsoft's PDF
add-in. I cannot.
Is *Ignore Master Page* checked in the View menu?

Mary,

The problem was not with the printer, but with the guy between the keyboard
and the seat back. I had done a set up on an A4 size not, 11 x 17. All is
well now.

My inkjet printer will print borderless, but only on Premium Glossy Photo
paper. Some 13 x 19 images are spectacular.

Thank you,
