Default alignment problem

im making a phone number list and want to use …… from the name to the number.
unfortunately, not all the names are the same length so im having trouble
getting the ……… line to end at the same spot for each number.

example:

Jane Smith……………………………………… ….… 123-4567
John Doe………………………………………†¦â€¦â€¦ 765-4321

Default alignment problem

Use a dotted leader. Look at the tab settings.

Default alignment problem

Use a right-aligned tab stop with a period leader for the phone numbers. See
