Default Multiple Taxt Boxes - Excel 2007

I have been working with a rather large workbook which includes various, but
simple formulas.

Recently I noticed that a couple of the worksheets were very very slow to
work with moving cell to cell and up and down the page.

I also noticed that there seems to be numerous empty and very tiny text
boxes. I am not using text boxes in my application. I think this is the
problem with these pages.

How/can I locate all text boxes and delete them?

Do you have any objects that should be saved on that sheet?

If no, then
Hit F5|Click special|select objects|click ok|and hit the delete key on the
keyboard.
