Default Label mail merge does not work correctly - Word 2007

I have used Word for labels before and it has worked perfctly but for some
reason Word 2007 has not. We have followed the wizard as usual and everything
looks OK on the screen but when we print the addresses are too high and clip
the top of the label (we have chedcked the correct label size and number)
We have used 'edit' the label to try to adjust but the only way to line up
the labels correctly is to print one page at a time.
We have searched the help and can not see anything that can help. This has
been our 6th or 7th attempt for something that worked everytime in 2003!!!
Any ideas will be gratefully received!

This problem is either caused by the inability of your printer to accurately
handle the label feedstock, or, but unlikely in your case if feeding single
sheets produces a satisfactory result, from having a setting other than no
scaling in the Scale to paper size section of the file print dialog.
