How can I completly remove Office 2003? After using the Uninstall routine in Control Panel (Add/Remove or Programs... in Vista) use this web site to help remove any remnants and while it is for Office 2007 if you change the registry keys from Office\12.0 to 11.0 you will find Office 2003 files that remain. A search on MS's web site doesn't produce the same type of removal description as this for Office 11 (2003.) |

Removing Office 2003
I will just re image the PC. That will be faster than trying to find what
registry entries were added so I can manually remove them. Add Remove should remove the application. I don't have time to poke around and remove stuf that should normally come off. Thanks for the reply "LVTravel" wrote: "mackkj" wrote in message ... I have the need to remove Office 2003 completly from a PC, folders, files and registry entries. Orphaned entries in the registry have little or no effect on performance....just do the uninstall and leave it... -- Asking a question? Please tell us the version of the application you are asking about, your OS, Service Pack level and the FULL contents of any error message(s) |
