Formatting in Word Mail Merge Field
Good day. I have a problem with Word that is driving me
nuts. Has to be an easy fix. First, some background: Using Excel file and data file for word merge. Merge field is number field, formatted in Excel as number field to two decimal places. Formats properly in Excel. When merged to word, number that merges in changes to a value carried to the - 10 to the 12th place. For instance, 1.28 in the excel file merges in as 1.270000000009 or worse gibberish. Can anyone help? Thanks. Marlin |
