Default Runtime Error 7 - Out of memory

I recently converted an XP database back to 97. Everything seems fine
except when I try to open one specific form. When I try, keep getting
the runtime error 7 - out of memory. The code behind the form is
identical to three other forms which all open fine. I tried downloading
MDAC from microsoft, but something is still fishy... the only
difference I see between where it works and doesn't work is the machine
where it works is running windows 2000 and the machine where its not
working is running NT.

Can someone please help me with this?
