Default Landscape orientation selected but prints Portrait orientation

I am working in Word97, Windows2000. I am having problems with printing
orientation, the portrait pages print fine, but the landscape pages "shrink
up" to portrait size even though the pages come out in landscape orientation.

HELP please.
