Default Custom page sizes

In Word you get three Custom page sizes. How do you change the sizes to those
that you use frequently?

I got a HP psc for christmas but it wont let me define my own page sizes - I
only get to choose custom 1, 2 or 3 which I am guessing I must set in Word.

File, page setup, paper tab. Expand the paper size menu. Your printer driver
determines paper size.
