Flash animations won't package II
I have a few flash animations in my PowerPoint presentation. However, when I
try to package the presentation for CD, not using PowerPoint Viewer, I get an error message saying "PowerPoint can't pack the ActiveX controls in this presentation. Please make sure the computer on which you will show this presentation has these controls installed." Somebody said this might mean that it won't package the flash player. I can understand that. But it isn't packaging the flash animations either. I know I've packaged flash animations in a PowerPoint presentation before and didn't have this issue. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I've tried packaging with the files embedded and not embedded in the presentation. Thanks in advance!!! |

One more thing to check:
Click on File, Package for CD, Options. Is Linked Files checked? -- Thanks, Glenna Shaw Microsoft PowerPoint MVP Team http://www.pptmagic.com "rasmich" wrote: I have a few flash animations in my PowerPoint presentation. Yes, it is checked. I've done this a thousand times before. I don't
understand why it won't work. Perhaps Microsoft removed this feature? "PPTMagician" wrote: One more thing to check: Click on File, Package for CD, Options. PPT 2007? Sorry I haven't installed it yet so any responses for that version
would be pure conjecture on my part. -- Thanks, Glenna Shaw Microsoft PowerPoint MVP Team http://www.pptmagic.com "rasmich" wrote: Yes, it is checked. I've done this a thousand times before.
