Are you synchronizing your contacts with another e-mail account (ie.
AOL, Earthlink)?

Hi Tony,

When i hold down the CTRL key and go into Word safe mode, the "Envelopes

and
Labels" option is not available for me to use.

That's interesting. And you have an open document on the screen? If not,

start
a new document, then try again.

Hi Tony,

OK i tried it again and this time opened a document. However, it still
gives the same problem.

Which problem? That Word crashes, or that you can't access the menus?

Assuming you mean the crashing, then the next trouble-shooting step would
be to boot WINDOWS in Safe Mode, then test again. If inserting an address
works now, then you've narrowed the problem down to some kind of system
conflict.

I suggest you read this Knowledge Base Article, and if that doesn't lead
you to the solution, ask further in the word.application.errors
newsgroup, where there are specialists for these kinds of problems. Be
sure to tell them what you've already tried, with what results, and quote
the EXACT error message (if you click Details you should even be able to
copy the information, and can paste it into your message).
