How can I add 3 pages of formatted text to the beginning of a report? It
seems to only allow two in the report header. Thank you!

The maximum size of any section is 22 inches.

You can add another section that will print once by adding a group header to
your report and adding one page of the formatted text to the group header.

Set the value for the group header to
=1
and don't repeat the header on subsequent pages.

An alternative that should work is to shrink your controls so that they are
not displaying all the information in design view and then use the can grow
property of the controls and the section to allow them to grow. (I've
experimented with this to see if the section can grow beyond 22 inches when
printing or displaying in preview mode and it will grow beyond the 22 inch limit.)
