Default worksheets and workbooks

If I have a large sheet with over 4000 rows and a number of columns including customer name, date, invoice number etc. I’d like to create duplicates of the sheet which are essentially exact copies of the sheet but in different orders. In other words I’d like to have say 4 tabs at the bottom with different worksheets so I can have one ordered by date, one by customer name, invoice etc. I’d like this rather then re-sorting each time I need to look up by a specific piece of info. How can I quickly create these add’l sheets? Also, I’m always making changes and additions to my master sheet is there a way to have 4 or 5 sheets but a change to one will be a change to all? In other words if I had a customer in the sheet ordered by invoice number, how can I make sure that change will be in the sheet ordered by sale date also?

Thanks,
Jason

Hi
for a static copy I would use 'Data - Filter - Advanced Filter' and
copy the result to a separate range/sheet
