Windows Installer starts
Hey,
Every time I start Outlook 2003, Windows Installer starts, then MS Office Pro Ent 2003 starts with a "Please wait while Windows configures MSOPE03". Outlook starts eventually, but is getting annoying. This is a new install of Off03 after I tried installing 07, but got the same sort of thing, except 07 rarely started at all, and the installer wanted me to restart windows every time. The problem is occurring on an Acer laptop that has been reset to factory default, so its a new install of the Vista OS too. Any help would be apprec.
