Hold down the CTRL key while you select the pages you want to delete.
When complete, delete.

Dear Uncle Grumpy,
Actually you can't hold down control and delete multiple pages. Best one can do
is to view a two page spread and delete.

I beg to differ (using PUB 2007 here).

Hello Uncle Grumpy,
You are so right. I have been having Office 2007 problems. I finally got it all
sorted out this morning. Lo and behold I could delete multiple pages.
I am so sorry about calling you wrong.

Hi Mary,

Is there any chance that you have a fix
for my missing Pub 2007 Status Bar?

John, Take a look at this article. Maybe changing the .pip will do it.
How to reset personalized menus in Office 2007 programs
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912721/en-us

There are toolbar fixes for earlier Publisher versions.
PUB2002: How to Restore Customized Menus and Toolbars to the Default Settings
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322117/en-us

There is a pubcmd.dat in the 2007 Publisher folder. Might try the renaming to
pubcmd.old.

Hi Mary,

Actually, I never saw that message.

And I apologize for not including that I am using PUB 2007 here, and
have absolutely NO experience with any other version.

I had PUB 2000 installed via Office 2000, but never tried to use it
until I recently got involved in a project that required using MS
Publisher (for ease of use). My partner in the project has 2002, and
it made 2000 look like crap, so I upgraded to 2007.

Now she wants 2007 ;-)
