Your question is a little too general for me...

But it sounds like you're looking to create a database. If you have
(or can get) MS Access then do some searching on the net about how to
start an Access database. Access also has a wizard feature that can
help you create your own application with tables/queries/forms/and
reports.

Try to keep it simple to start and you'll be up-and-running in no
time.

Stevie is our own personal pet troll who is the only one who does not
understand the concept of FREE peer to peer support!
He offers questionable results at unreasonable prices.

These newsgroups are provided by Microsoft for FREE peer to peer support.
There are many highly qualified individuals who gladly help for free. Stevie
is not one of them, but he is the only one who just does not get the idea of
"FREE" support. He offers questionable results at unreasonable prices. If he
was any good, the "thousands" of people he claims to have helped would be
flooding him with work, but there appears to be a continuous drought and he
needs to constantly grovel for work.

Please do not feed the trolls.

Remember ???

"I judiciously chose who to offer fee-based help to based on whether it appears highly unlikely that the poster will get a solution
from the newsgroup."
