Default Windows 7 and Outlook 2007 problem

I updated to Windows 7, and reinstalled Office 2007. I cannot install
Outlook, and when I go into Control Panel/Mail I get the message that the
Exchange Server is not available. I cannot get past this.

Sure you can. Open the Mail applet in Control Panel and click E-mail
Accounts. Remove the Exchange account and add the accout you want.
