Default Error 2019 when installing MOBSA

Hi,
I have been trying to install MOBSA and have received the following message
when the install fails:

Error 2019 Could not create the Scorecard Development Site
"http:/localhost/sites/scorecardDevelopment"
( stsadm error code )

I have WSS Installed on Win 2003 Server.

Can someone please advise...

Hi Franck,

FWIW, it's not always a good idea to use acronymns
when describing your problem as not everyone
who uses a program or feature uses/knows it
by the acronymns/abbreviations.
For example, using MOBSA in a search on Microsoft.com gets
zero hits g

The Microsoft Office Business Scorecard Accelerator
has its own support newsgroup. Check the link for
