Default Re-activate after hard drive was wiped

Hi all,

My computer harddrive was wiped clean during repair. I can access all MS
office except Outlook. On the Start menu, instead of "Microsoft Outlook", it
says "Activation Assistant for Microsoft Outlook".

There are 3 options - trial period, buy now, or enter product keys. However,
I received an error message when I entered my product key. Presumably they
think I am trying to install it on another computer?

Advice please, thank you in advance!
